𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲
As part of the Appreciation Course, 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐈𝐓𝐒) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 visited the 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐄), Parliament, along with probationers of the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐈𝐈𝐒).
The visit offered the probationers a valuable firsthand perspective on India’s parliamentary institutions, democratic traditions, and parliamentary processes and procedures.
From the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Dr. Rohit Mehtani, Head – MDP and CIN, accompanied the probationers during the visit. From the 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 (𝐃𝐆𝐅𝐓), 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥, 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐆𝐅𝐓, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐣, 𝐅𝐓𝐃𝐎, 𝐃𝐆𝐅𝐓, also accompanied the delegation.
The visit was a memorable and enriching learning experience, providing an opportunity to connect professional training with the institutions that strengthen the understanding of India’s parliamentary democracy.
