Roop Chand Institute of Fine Arts (RCIFA) is an institute for education in arts, nurturing the talent of emerging and established artists and promoting art to create a more creative world. Roop Chand Institute of Fine Arts (RCIFA) is registered with Govt. of N.C.T of Delhi and is a noble initiative promoted by renowned artist Mr Roop Chand and Art Collector Mr Vinay Kapil (Mumbai). With
further plans of expansion in Mumbai and other cities the Institute is aiming to provide education and training to students on a wide spectrum of Fine Arts. Roop Chand Institute of Fine Arts (RCIFA) is distinct in the way that it provides an interdisciplinary curriculum and the necessary freedom to students from all walks of life to think independently, creatively and develop their career in Art. As an institute our intention is to shape the future of arts in the country by imparting knowledge of fine arts and guiding our students to explore their inner creativity and reinvent themselves as artists, we believe that artists are creative thinkers that can help shape a better society. Three time National Award winner and many more prestigious awards for his contribution in the field of Art Mr.Roop Chand has more than 17 years experience of Teaching Fine Art. He also worked as Director in Summer Art Camp by Sahitya Kala Parishad,New Delhi. Addition to his teaching experience Mr Roop Chand has done 20 Solo Shows Including Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi, Nehru Centre Art Gallery, Worli, Mumbai., Open palm Court, India habitat Centre, New Delhi and 51 Group Shows at different galleries like Visual Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi., Nehru Centre, Mumbai, and show by Indian Artists on the occasion of 60 Years of Independence celebration Inaugurated by President of India Smt. Many of his work is being collected in India & abroad including Japan, Kuwait, Iran, Nepal, France, Canada, U.S.A., Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Australia, Germany. Many students under the guidance of Mr Roop Chand has shown tremendous growth in the field of Art. Collection of his students work is being collected across India & Abroad. One of his student Miss Nandini Gautam has won a prize of Rs 50,000 at National Level Poster Competition. AWARDS

2007 National Award in ‘Drawing’ Cash Rs.10000 by A.I.F.A.C.S., New Delhi.
2007 All India Art Teacher Award Cash Rs.15000 in MIXED MEDIA PAINTING organized by “CAMLIN” in Chandigarh.
2008 Art Teacher Award Cash Rs.10000 for Delhi art teachers paintings competition by Art mall Gallery, New Delhi, Received on Teachers’ Day.
2008 “Vocational Service Excellence Award 2008” For Fine Arts Presented by ROTARY CLUB OF NEW DELHI at Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.
2013 1st winner in “Design the Change” Cash Prize Rs.12500 for Delhi Wall Book contest by Brand Promotions & Tata Housing.
