IIIT-Delhi is coming with it's very first session this April where diplomacy isn't a spectator sport.

IIIT-D MUN will surely provide an exciting opportunity to debate issues that confront world leaders and to draft resolutions in response to these global issues. Participants will develop their abilities to work with others who are equally motivated and passionate about the topics of debate and respond to global issues. True to the spirit of the United Nations, IIIT-D MUN strives to foster a constr

uctive forum for open dialogues on many issues like World Peace and International Security, among others.

Greetings,

It is with regret we must inform you that due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, IIIT Delhi Business Conclave will have to be postponed to a later date.

We recognise this would be of inconvenience to all the people who had already signed up and started preparations, but the safety of all of us takes precedence.

Lastly, we would like to state that IIITD Business Conclave will be back as soon as it is safe enough.

We feel pleased to present to you the Committees and Agendas for IIITD Business Conclave'20:-

1. NITI Aayog:- The country has entered a major economic slowdown. As the Prime Minister pins growth hope on startups, the think tank of the Government of India mulls over a plan for revival of trade and commerce in the country.

2. Board of Directors:- The business tactics of rivals have pushed a global leader in its industry into a state of crisis. The shareholders contemplate with the management and act on the developments as they occur to bring back the company it's lost glory.

3. Stakeholders' Meet:- With the Nation-Wide economic slowdown plunging every other industry, the film industry seeks the support of the government in weathering the storm.

These Committees will all be simulated on both of the days of IIITD Business Conclave(21st March-22nd March 2020).

One of the most integral parts of any MUN is the Executive Board who guide and control the committee. For IIITD Business Conclave we'll be looking for people who have experience in the themes of the committees, whether academically or through previous MUNs.

The themes of the committess are given below:

Niti Aayog : The centre and state join hands to give the nation a much needed boost on the economic front.
Board of Directors : A global leader in it's industry is in the midst of a crisis. The board of directors meets to pull it out of the fire

IIIT Delhi is back, with another edition and reimagining of the IIITD MUN. With the current economic and political turmoil we, under the guise of E-Cell IIITD, decided to come up with a forum that provided the best of both the worlds.
We present to you, Business Conclave '20, the forum to think, deliberate and act upon pressing economic and Business issues. With unconventional committees, it's the place for all the future leaders, Business enthusiasts, strategists, future economists, and policymakers.
