Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan- Technical Cooperation Agency Secondary School Enhancement Programme- SEEP Constituted in January 2013, it is funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID).

Rashriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan-Technical Cooperation Agency is a team of national and international technical specialists led by Cambridge Education. TCA works at every level in the secondary education system- school, district, state and national, in collaboration with institutions - MHRD-TSG. NCERT (including RIEs), NUEPA, state government departments and state institutions. RMSA-TCA works on

five inter-related thematic areas namely:

1. National Achievement Survey
2. Teacher Management and Development
3. School Standards, Evaluation and Development
4. Data Management and Use
5. Results Focused Planning

This integrated approach (SEEP- Secondary Education Enhancement Programme) is aimed at improving the supportive management systems which provide an enabling environment for schools and ultimately the learner to succeed.
