FORE School of Management successfully conducted a 2-day specialized programme on Agentic AI (Designing LLM Products) & Automation Workflow for the officials of the National Institute of Defence Estate Management (NIDEM) on April 16–17, 2026.

The programme focused on building awareness and practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly open-source solutions that can be securely deployed within government systems, supporting the evolving needs of public sector administration.

Participants engaged in interactive sessions covering applications of LLMs in public service delivery—such as addressing citizen queries on leases, rent policies, and grievances—along with exploring automation of internal workflows, handling unstructured data, and enabling natural language-based data access.

We are pleased to share glimpses from this insightful learning experience and thank the officers from NIDEM for their active participation and engagement.

We are pleased to share the successful completion of the FORE Immersion Programme conducted for the students of Poddar Management and Technical Campus from April 20–24, 2026.

The 5-day immersive learning experience brought together 70 students, offering them a comprehensive exposure to contemporary management practices. The programme spanned diverse domains including AI-driven analytics, finance, marketing, geopolitics, leadership, and design thinking, enabling learners to build a well-rounded perspective of today’s dynamic business environment.

Through a blend of expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions, students engaged deeply with real-world business challenges and practical applications. The programme concluded with a valedictory session, marking the culmination of an enriching and impactful academic journey.
