नर्सिंग और पैरामेडिकल साथियों के लिए एक और अपडेट! राजस्थान के 19 मेडिकल कॉलेजों के लिए कुल 3652 पदों की स्वीकृति (Approval) मिल गई है।
इस भर्ती में नर्सेस के 2961 पदों के साथ-साथ लैब टेक्नीशियन, फार्मासिस्ट और अन्य स्टाफ की भी बम्पर वैकेंसियां हैं।

1. Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSR) ✅
Pehchan: Sab kuch perfect hai!
Rate 60–100 bpm, rhythm regular, aur har QRS se pehle ek P wave hai.
Nursing Intervention:
Bas patient ko monitor karte rahein.
Yeh hamara "baseline" hai jisse baaki rhythms ko compare karte hain.
2. Bradycardia (Slow Heart) 🐢
Pehchan: Rate 60 bpm se kam hai.
Nursing Intervention:
Check Patient: Agar patient ko chakkar (dizziness) aa rahe hain ya BP low hai, tabhi treat karein.
Meds: Doctor ke kahe anusar Atropine taiyar rakhein.
Cause: Check karein ki kahin Beta-blockers ki wajah se toh aisa nahi ho raha.
3. Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib) 🌀
Pehchan: "Irregularly irregular" rhythm; P waves gayab hoti hain aur baseline "squiggly" dikhti hai.
Nursing Intervention:
Clot Alert: Isme stroke ka khatra sabse zyada hota hai.
Meds: Anticoagulants (Warfarin/Heparin) aur Digoxin/Beta-blockers dein rate control ke liye.
4. Atrial Flutter (A-Flutter) 🪚
Pehchan: Classic "Sawtooth" pattern (aari jaise daante).
Nursing Intervention:
A-fib ki tarah hi treatment hota hai (Clots se bachein).
Cardioversion ke liye taiyari rakhein agar patient unstable hai.
5. SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia) ⚡
Pehchan: Bahut tez rate (>150 bpm). P waves aksar T waves ke peeche chhup jati hain.
Nursing Intervention:
Vagal Maneuvers: Patient ko "bear down" (jaise stool pass karte hain) karne ko kahein.
Meds: Adenosine (ise bahut fast push kiya jata hai).
⚠️ The Deadly Ones (Emergency!) ⚠️
6. Ventricular Tachycardia (V-Tach) ⛰️
Pehchan: "Tombstone" (kabbar) jaise bade waves; rhythm regular hoti hai par bahut dangerous.
Nursing Intervention:
First Step: Pulse check karein!
Agar pulse hai: Amiodarone dein.
Agar pulse nahi hai: CPR aur Defibrillation shuru karein.
7. Ventricular Fibrillation (V-Fib) 〰️
Pehchan: Koi shape nahi, bas ek gandi si "squiggly" line. Dil sirf kaanp raha hai, pump nahi kar raha.
Nursing Intervention:
"V-fib = D-fib": Turant shock (Defibrillation) dein.
CPR shuru karein aur Code Blue call karein.
8. Torsades de Pointes 🎀
Pehchan: "Twisting ribbon" jaisa dikhta hai; waves chhoti se badi aur phir chhoti hoti hain.
Nursing Intervention:
Iski sabse badi wajah low Magnesium hoti hai.
Meds: Magnesium Sulfate IV dena sabse zaroori hai.
9. Asystole (Flatline) ➖
Pehchan: Bilkul seedhi line. No electrical activity.
Nursing Intervention:
Pehle check karein: Kahin monitor ka wire toh nahi nikal gaya?
CPR: Turant high-quality CPR aur Epinephrine shuru karein.
Note: Is rhythm ko shock nahi kiya jata (Not shockable).
