The Student Council is pleased to announce Kaleidoscope Editor-in-chief for the term 2019-20: Zoha Hamid

Kaleidoscope is a very recent initiative even in our short history as a college. We hope the new EIC can further maintain the upward trajectory the magazine has been following.

The Gym Co-ordinator for the upcoming term will be: Yashvardhan Singh

This position becomes even more important with the opening of the new gym in the next semester. We hope the Co-ordinator will be able to correctly manage/add equipment and also work on improving the gym culture in our college.

With the elections in Delhi taking place today(12th May), the Student Council encourages all the students of IIIT to take part in the voting process.
We, as adult citizens and the youth of the country, have a responsibility towards our country to ensure it is run by responsible hands. We shape the future of our country and consequently of us and our families, one vote at a time. This is a decision we mustn’t be hasty, negligent or ignorant about. The votes of the new voters can greatly sway the elections, hence it must be treated with utmost importance. Our votes must go to those who we feel truly deserve it and will contribute to the welfare of our country.

We are the youth of the country, and it is our time to take action!

Congratulations to the faculty, administration, the whole student body, and especially Jalote sir on the completion of 10 years of our Institute.
We are so fortunate to have been a part of the whole experience- the exciting phase of change and innovation.

The culture in our Institute is student-driven and Prof. Jalote has played an integral part in developing it - always up for the new initiatives that students proposed. His drive, passion and overall zeal for academia have always motivated the students. To see him walking through the corridors of IIITD, active and encouraging, with a smile and a wave for everyone, is a memory etched in many of our minds. We will miss his exuberance and ever supportive presence.

We have been blessed to have such a great mentor and a guide throughout.
Thank you, Sir, for being there, and for leading this institute to greatness. There is still a long way to go, but under your guidance, we’ve surely made a great start and will continue to honor your legacy through perseverance and determination.
