Congratulations to Prof. R K Singh for designing an innovative and future-focused learning experience through DSEH04: Performance Management & Employee Engagement at the Faculty of Commerce and Business, Department of Commerce, University of Delhi.

The blend of simulations, AI-enabled learning, and Indian industry context makes this course truly experiential and industry-relevant. A wonderful step towards preparing students for the future of HR and workplace leadership.

By November 2026, you should be able to walk into a CHRO's office, read a 2,000-employee engagement dataset, and tell them what to fix first, and why. That is the bar for DSEH04: Performance Management & Employee Engagement, the M.Com Semester III elective at the Department of Commerce, University o...

On the sacred occasion of Buddha Purnima 2026, the Faculty of Commerce and Business, University of Delhi, reflects on the timeless teachings of Lord Buddha—anchored in wisdom, ethical conduct, and conscious living.

In an evolving world shaped by rapid change and complex decisions, his message of the Middle Path reminds us to pursue balance, integrity, and purpose—not only in life, but in commerce and leadership as well.

May this day inspire us to cultivate clarity in thought, responsibility in action, and compassion in every sphere we influence.
