The Department of Management, Jamia Hamdard, successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive for MBA final-year students for the batch 2024-2026 (HR and Marketing) in association with NF Infratech Service Pvt. Ltd. on 30th April 2026.

This initiative was conducted under the esteemed guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Syed Nadimul Haque (Dean, SMBS) and Prof. Syeedun Nisa (HOD, Department of Management). The placement drive was efficiently facilitated by Prof. (Dr.) Md. Shahnawaz Abdin (Convenor, DPC) and Dr. Faezah Roohani, ensuring a smooth and structured recruitment process.

The event was successfully organized by Dr. Faezah Roohani, whose efforts played a pivotal role in coordinating between the institution and the recruiting organization.

Representing NF Infratech Service Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Maroof Hasan (Sr. Manager – HR) and Mr. Jeet Khatri (Assistant Manager – HR) led the recruitment process, engaging with students through various assessment rounds designed to evaluate both technical knowledge and interpersonal competencies.

The drive provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their skills, industry readiness, and professional potential. It also served as an important bridge between academic learning and corporate expectations, particularly in the domains of Human Resources and Marketing.

The Department extends its sincere gratitude to NF Infratech Service Pvt. Ltd. for their collaboration and for offering promising career opportunities to our students. The Department of Management, School of Management and Business Studies (SMBS), Jamia Hamdard proudly congratulates Prof. (Dr.) Sadaf Siraj on the successful presentation of her research paper titled “Re-Envisioning Success with Anthropomorphic Chatbots: A Review” at CERE 2026 — the 14th International Conference on Excellence in Research and Education, organized by Indian Institute of Management Indore from 1st–3rd May 2026.

The research paper, co-authored with Ms. Sandhya Sharma and Dr. Mansoor A., explored emerging perspectives on anthropomorphic chatbots and their evolving role in redefining customer engagement, business communication, and marketing success in the age of Artificial Intelligence. The conference theme, “Business Excellence Reimagined: Competing in the Age of AI,” provided a dynamic platform for academicians, researchers, and industry experts to exchange innovative ideas and insights shaping the future of management and technology.
