Vagmita - The Poetry Society Of Keshav Mahavidayalaya is a summation of raw talent, passion and zeal to learn, grow and evolve. it is a place where what find solace are the unsaid or unexpressed words of people in search of a platform to express the so long unexpressed. we at Vagmita do not believe to have the best but to make the best because the pillars supporting this society are truthfulness o

f thoughts and the sheer innocence of expression. Aman Shridhar and since then society has achieved heights and success hard to reach. Words have a way of saying what silence never can. This is a space for those who find comfort in blank pages, truth in poetry, and pieces of themselves in every line they write. 🪻

Vagmita—The poetry society of Keshav Mahavidyalaya invites you all to Re-Auditions 2026✨ 

Some general guidelines: 📖

📌For the first round, participants are required to submit their poem or any other creative writing piece through the registration link.

📌The minimum length for a valid entry is 14 lines for poems, 5 sher for Ghazals and 250 words for any other creative writing pieces.

📌You are welcome to submit your work in any language - Hindi, English, Urdu, etc.

📌Plagiarism and use of AI will lead to immediate disqualification.

📌Provide trigger warnings for sensitive or potentially distressing content in your entry, wherever necessary. 

📌Derogatory remarks, of any kind, will not be entertained.

📌After the initial screening, selected participants will be informed about further details of the subsequent rounds.

⏳DEADLINE: 5 p.m., 15th July 2026

“इक अजनबी के हाथ में दे कर हमारा हाथ
लो साथ छोड़ने लगा आख़िर ये साल भी”
— हफ़ीज़ मेरठी

It feels strange to write this, knowing how unfamiliar all of us once were to each other, and how little that’s true anymore. ✨

Kalika leads without ever making it feel like leading. There’s a steadiness to her that the rest of us have quietly come to depend on, the kind of person whose presence alone settles things down. 🪷

Manvi brings a certain spark into every room she walks into, equal parts firm and fun, somehow managing both without contradiction. Things move differently when she’s around. 🌺

Navpreet holds her responsibilities close, handling them with a precision that’s easy to take for granted until you actually notice it. There’s a thoughtfulness to her that goes far beyond the numbers she’s in charge of. 🌻

Simarjeet has a way of making any space feel lighter just by being in it. Easy energy, easy laughter, the sort of person who turns an ordinary evening into one people remember. 🌼

Aaryan keeps things interesting in ways no one quite expects, equal parts mischief and depth, often within the same conversation. He has a gift for showing up exactly when it matters, even if you didn’t realize you needed him to. 🏵️

Komal brings warmth wherever she goes, the kind of person who makes space for everyone without being asked to. Always around, always willing, always somehow exactly what’s needed. 💮

Ram carries a gentleness that’s never loud about itself. There’s something reassuring about how consistently kind he’s been, without ever trying to make a point of it. 🪻

Sughandh has a generosity that rarely calls attention to itself. He’s the type to notice what you need before you’ve said anything, and to simply take care of it. 🍁

But justice isn’t knowing what killed him.
Justice is finding who wanted him dead.
My friend as human as any of us,
with dreams, routines, and a life of his own.
Gone on an ordinary Wednesday,
a day that should have meant nothing at all.

To every person who showed up participants, judges, crowd and the VAGMITA team that brought every moment alive... thank you for making this more than just a college fest.
To the people behind the scenes the last minute fixes, the endless meetings, the running around, the stress, the excitement, it all came together in the most beautiful way.
Tryst has never really been about just competitions or performances.
It’s about the people, the energy, and the little moments that somehow become the biggest memories later.
