Anti-Drug Awareness Programme | Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life!
Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, Nallampalli, organized an Anti-Drug Awareness Programme through the National Service Scheme (NSS Unit) on 11 August 2026 at the college campus.
The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug use and to encourage them to make healthy, responsible, and positive choices in life.
As part of the programme, students took the Anti-Drug Pledge, committing themselves to staying away from drugs, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, respecting their family, teachers and society, focusing on their goals, and contributing towards building a drug-free India.
The programme highlighted the message:
“Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life!”
“Break the Habit, Live a Great Life!”
Let us work together to build a healthy, happy, and drug-free society.

🎓 17th PG Inauguration – 2026

The 17th PG Inauguration – 2026 was successfully organized by Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts & Science, Nallampalli, Dharmapuri, on 5th August 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall.

The programme marked the beginning of a new academic journey for the PG students and provided an opportunity to motivate them towards academic excellence and professional growth.

The programme was graced by the presence of the Management, Administrative Officer, Principal, Faculty Members, and Students.

🧪 Two-Day Industrial Visit
The PG & Research Department of Chemistry organized a Two-Day Industrial Visit to the Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to advanced laboratories, research facilities, and academic practices. It enhanced their practical knowledge and encouraged their interest in scientific research, innovation, and higher education.
The visit was an enriching and memorable learning experience for the students.

Orientation Programme 2026
The Department of Microbiology and Biotechnology organized an Orientation Programme on “Evolution and Future Scope of Medical Coding in Global Healthcare Systems” on 30 July 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall.
The session was delivered by Mr. Logeshwaran P, General Manager & Trainer, ThoughtFlows Medical Coding Academy.
The programme provided students with valuable insights into medical coding, its future scope, and career opportunities in the healthcare sector.
