The department has celebrated World mental health day,2025 as a community awareness program at Alphabet Public school, Doimukh.The program was filled with Skit ,dance and awareness presentation followed by prize distribution for the poster making competition.We are grateful to the school authority for their cooperation.

Congratulations Dr.Leeyir Ete for successfully defending her doctoral work in Ph.D viva on 21st October,2024.She is the third student who is awarded Ph.D from Department of Psychology, Rajiv Gandhi University.The Department would like to congratulate her supervisor Dr.Dhamreshwari Lourembam for this achievement.Dr.Leeyir Ete has joined the department in 2018 as Guests Assistant Professor and later joined the Ph.D program in 2021.Wishing her more success in future endeavours.

The Department of Psychology, Rajiv Gandhi University has observed ' World Mental health Day-2024 '.The department has organized Mental health awareness camp with various activities such as psychometric testing,hand writing analysis,sharing your feelings.The awareness talk on the theme was organised also among the Non teaching staff at Main administrative building of RGU by the faculty members to create awareness about mental health at workplace.
