In 1984 the Al-Ameen Educational and Charitable Trust was founded by philanthropists from various professionals and industrialists, with an objective of providing quality technical education to the all sections of society in and around Erode. AL-Ameen Engineering College (AEC) is the Second Institution of Al-Ameen Educational Charitable Trust located at 13 km off the Erode – Modakurichi road, the
amiable and well-developed college campus spreads over a sprawling 33 acres of land. The unique features of AEC are Total Quality Education with complete discipline, Make our students for Industry wanted, innovativeness among students and all-round personality development of student. programs (Mech, ECE, EEE, and CSE) from 2009-10 onwards. We are happy to inform that we introduced Department of B.E.,CIVIL Engineering course in this academic year 2010-11.Post-graduate Programs in major disciplines of Engineering and Technology, MBA and MCA will be introduced in the subsequent years. AICTE Expert Committee inspection for LOA has been completed on 04 May 2009 and the Letter of Approval (LOA) has been obtained from AICTE, New Delhi vide: File No.07/08/TN/E&T/2009/0713 dated 22/5/2009. AEC is affiliated to Anna University Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions.
