We are thrilled to share that on May 17, 2024, Dr. Daleep Parimoo, Professor in Practice at Manav Rachna University, conducted an enriching online session with BBA VI students from the School of Business, Pokhara University.

Dr. Parimoo delivered an insightful presentation on *Contemporary Issues in Human Resource Management*, covering pivotal topics such as:
- The evolving role of HR in the digital age
- Strategies for managing remote teams
- The importance of diversity and inclusion
- Navigating the challenges of talent acquisition and retention

On 14th March 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to conduct a team building workshop with the enthusiastic and talented budding professionals at Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida.

The session was led by the esteemed Dr. Daleep Parimoo, Professor in Practice at Manav Rachna University. His insights and engaging activities truly resonated with the participants, fostering collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.

🌟 Exciting Update! 🌟

We are excited to share that the School of Management and Commerce (SoMC) recently conducted a dynamic workshop on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Program Outcome (PO) Attainment, both in direct and indirect modes. Hosted on 14-15 May 2024, the workshop delved deep into strategies and methodologies to enhance educational outcomes.

Dr. Sunil Roy, the esteemed Head of Department at SoMC, spearheaded this enlightening session. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Dr. Roy led engaging discussions and shared invaluable insights into optimizing educational processes.

Faculty members gained profound knowledge on aligning curriculum design with OBE principles, as well as effectively measuring and improving PO attainment. The workshop fostered an environment of collaboration and innovation, empowering educators to drive meaningful change in their institutions.
