Handle the end to end admission process.

Experience in counseling students for admission and promoting facilities.
Calling on institutes data, generating walk-ins, field visit, counseling, admission conversion, seminar calling, follow up calls for admission, PDC recovery responsibility.
Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the Institute.
Maintain regular communication with students & parents for coordinating admission activities and addressing the concerns.
Maintaining a record on the follow ups / walk-ins received and sharing with the management & marketing teams.
Counselors will need to travel to local institutes & colleges for conducting workshops and seminars.
Coordinate for Student Orientation, class coordination and engagement programs
Point of Contact for student queries.
Coordinate and support the academic team.
Any other work assigned by the relevant authority.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with any Specialisation
Experience in tele calling & student counseling.
Excellent computer skills in a word , excel & PPT.
Preferably from the education industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
