Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Nursing celebrated Teej with great enthusiasm, joy and the vibrant colours of Punjabi culture. The celebration was a beautiful reflection of our rich traditions, togetherness and the spirit of womanhood. 💚🌿
We were honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest Mrs. Anchal Yogesh Jain (SP, Central Jail Ferozepur), along with Mrs. Asha Gupta, Mrs. Neeru Malhotra, Mrs. Shallu Nanda (Principal Eurokids Play School Ferozepur City) and Mrs. Pallavi Mittal whose presence added immense grace to the occasion.
The event was further honoured by our esteemed Management including our Chairman Mr. Dharam Paul Bansal, Director Mrs. Kiran Bansal, CA Priyanka Yogesh Bansal and the Little Princesses Prashi Aggarwal and Sarvika Aggarwal.
Our respected Principal Mrs. Sukhdeep Kaur, Dr. Sanjeev Manktala, Administrator Mrs. Sukhwinder Kaur, Vice Principal Mrs. Sharanjeet Kaur and all faculty members contributed wholeheartedly to making the celebration memorable.

As part of World Breastfeeding Week, the B.Sc. Nursing 4th Year, GNM 3rd Year, and ANM 2nd Year students of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Nursing actively organised awareness programme of Breastfeeding at Civil Hospital ferozepur. The theme is "Breastfeeding for a sustainable start in life: strengthen what works,"The students educated antenatal and postnatal mothers about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, proper breastfeeding techniques, maternal nutrition, and the long-term health benefits for both mother and baby. They also interacted with mothers to address common myths and concerns regarding breastfeeding. The programme enhanced students' practical learning while promoting awareness and encouraging healthy breastfeeding practices in the community.

A special ceremony was organized by the college management to celebrate new appointments and promotions among the faculty members. The event began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing knowledge, positivity, and success. On this proud occasion, Jagdev Singh was honored for his promotion as Assistant Professor. Along with this, Komaljeet Kaur and Amandeep Kaur were warmly welcomed on their new joining as Lecturers.
The college management congratulated all the faculty members and appreciated their dedication, hard work, and commitment toward education. Bouquets were presented as a token of respect and appreciation, making the atmosphere joyful and memorable. Sweets were also distributed among everyone to celebrate the happiness of this special occasion.
