Empowering Skilled India through Partnerships.

We are proud to introduce the cooperation between Adani Natural Resources, ANR, and Rashtriya Raksha University, RRU, for the "Shaurya Path: Residential Belt Forces Programme."

The initiative is under the EDLD, is commitment to the empowerment of youth and national security. We provide residential training to belt forces for sustainable livelihood opportunities, creating a disciplined future workforce.

This program fitted perfectly into the government initiatives towards social upliftment and sustainable development for the long term.

At Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), nurturing young minds and empowering future nation builders remains a core commitment.

In alignment with the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of holistic youth development through sports, RRU continues its dedicated efforts to strengthen PM SHRI Adarsh Primary School, Lavad fostering discipline, resilience and excellence while preparing talented youth for national and international platforms.

Reflecting this commitment, on the first day of New Year 2026, RRU hosted Ms. Neemaben Parekh, Principal and USA Fulbright Scholarship Awardee, along with the achiever students of PM SHRI Adarsh Primary School, Lavad, who brought laurels at Khel Mahakumbh in Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball and Athletics.

The event acknowledged their sporting spirit and achievements, reaffirmed RRU’s continued support and inspired all stakeholders to contribute towards nation building through sustained collective efforts.

The Government of Gujarat has established RAKSHA SHAKTI UNIVERSITY vide The Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009, Gujarat bill No-16 of 2009 in the sixteenth year of the Republic of India to prepare the youth of the state for becoming effective and efficient security personnel and to conduct courses and award degrees, diplomas and certificate for the said purpose. This university is dedicated for developing skill in field of internal development, and future employment in internal Security Management sector. The Raksha Shakti University is a unique and first of its kind in India for conducting certificate, diploma and degree courses in the field of police science and internal security. The main campus of Raksha Shakti University is coming at Lavad, Gandhinagar spread over an area of 230 acres with world class academic and training infrastructure. The academic programme of RSU are run by distinguish academician and senior police officer coherence. The Raksha Shakti University has been conducted numbers of national and International Seminar/Conference to disseminate the knowledge created in university. The Raksha Shakti University has designed numbers of security products and published highly reputed documents on police science in international journals and magazines.
