Su***de Prevention – Strength in Community

As part of the Su***de Prevention initiative, an engaging and interactive session was conducted to encourage emotional expression, self-reflection, and the importance of seeking support from the larger community during challenging times.

The 'Speak for a Minute' game encouraged participants to explore their interests, share personal stories, and reflect on their life journeys, meaningful experiences, and the people they can rely on when life becomes overwhelming.

The 'Frame a Story' game provided a creative space to express difficult emotions, personal stressors, and challenging experiences through assigned characters and situations. By encouraging storytelling and reflection, the activity offered an alternative way to communicate emotions that may otherwise be difficult to express.

Together, these games transformed emotional exploration into an engaging and meaningful experience, promoting self-awareness, emotional expression, and the importance of supportive connections in su***de prevention.
