Today’s youth to need proper platform to channel these creative ideas for the benefits of academia as well as society in large. Students from only few of the institutes of the state and country receive exposures to various programs like industrial internship, cultural exchange, whilst students from most of the institu

tes get very few opportunity to acquire these benefits. Innovation and Incubation Centre (IIC) at Pandit Deendayal Energy University is a platform which creates opportunities for budding Entrepreneurs of the country. It is an entity promoting innovation and entrepreneurship amongst Youth of India. It aims to administer an incubator for start- up companies with emphasis on technologies that are relevant to modern times. IIC aims to instil a sense of research and innovation among the vibrant youth of our country.

12 years. Thousands of ideas. Hundreds of founders. And a journey we’re incredibly proud of. ❤️

For the past 12 years, PDEU Innovation & Incubation Centre (PDEU IIC) has been a place where ideas get a chance to become something real.

What started within the PDEU campus has grown into a vibrant startup and innovation ecosystem ,one that brings together students, researchers, founders, mentors, industry partners and changemakers.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching individuals turn their curiosity into startups, researchers take their ideas beyond the lab, and founders take those first uncertain steps towards building something of their own.

Today, our ecosystem spans 20,000+ sq. ft. of incubation space and supports startups working across deep tech, climate and sustainability, agritech, assistive technology and several other domains.

12 years, by the numbers:

40,000+ students sensitized about entrepreneurship
240+ startups incubated
₹260 Cr+ revenue generated by our portfolio startups
45Cr + Funds Raised by the Startups
150+ IPR Filed

But numbers only tell part of the story.

The real story is in the people - the founders who took a chance on their ideas, the mentors who helped them find direction, the partners who opened new doors, and the students and team members who brought energy to this ecosystem every day.

PDEU Innovation and Incubation Centre (IIC) is looking for a driven Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager to bridge the gap between ambitious ideas and market-ready enterprises.

If you have 2+ years of experience in incubation or venture funding and a passion for shaping the startup ecosystem, we want you on our team.

The Role at a Glance:
• Manage incubation programs, support startups, and oversee investment & seed fund operations.
• Lead fundraising initiatives, and handle monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Provide startup advisory, enable market access, and build strategic partnerships within the ecosystem.

As part of our 12 Years of Innovation series, today’s throwback spotlights an agritech venture from 2017–2018: The Vise Innovative Solution, founded by Prakash Vaghasiya!

With a mission to make sustainable, chemical-free agriculture practical and cost-effective, the startup developed MyLab—an on-farm bio-fermentation technology. Conventional packaged biofertilizers often lose up to 90% of their living microbes in transit and storage; Vise solved this bottleneck by enabling farmers to multiply fresh, highly potent beneficial bacteria directly on their farms.
