Day 3 | The Great India Carnival – Assam Edition ✨

IHM Guwahati continued to captivate visitors with an engaging showcase of culinary creativity and hospitality skills.

The day's highlights included live demonstrations of Assorted Chocolate Bon Bons, Korean Cheese Buns, Bombolini, and Mini Pizzas, along with Fruit Salad, Russian Salad, Veg Tossed Salad, and Corn Chaat, guided by our final-year B.Sc. students.

The activities were coordinated by Mr. Hemanta Baishya and Mrs. Dakshha Madan, whose guidance, together with the enthusiasm and professionalism of our students, made the experience both interactive and inspiring for young visitors.

We thank the organizers for providing a wonderful platform to promote hospitality education and skill-based learning.

Day 2 | The Great India Carnival – Assam Edition
IHM Guwahati continued its enthusiastic participation by showcasing the creativity and skills of the hospitality industry through live Mocktail and Appetiser Demonstrations. Visitors, especially students from Classes 1 to 9, experienced the art of food presentation, beverage preparation, and the excitement of hospitality education.

The activities were led by our faculty members, Mr. Anil Coriya and Mr. Bikram Sen, along with the dedicated efforts of our students, whose enthusiasm and professionalism made the demonstrations engaging and memorable.
