IMT Ghaziabad inaugurated the Business Accelerator Program under the National SC-ST Hub (NSSH) Scheme, Ministry of MSME, Government of India. This first cohort brings together practising SC/ST entrepreneurs who are already running enterprises and are now ready to scale, diversify and compete in bigger markets.

Business Accelerator Program is designed to support existing SC/ST entrepreneurs in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening their enterprises, and exploring pathways for sustainable growth and scale. The programme provides structured learning, expert inputs, mentoring, peer learning, and opportunities for entrepreneurs to strengthen their business capabilities.

Over the 7-day residential campus module, they will work through:
🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset and opportunity discovery
🔹 Business model innovation and scaling strategy
🔹 Market access, branding, including ONDC and e-commerce
🔹 Financial management and access to capital
🔹 Operations, technology and quality
🔹 Networking, clusters and ecosystem partnerships
🔹 Government schemes, GeM and public procurement
The campus module will be followed by online learning and post-program mentoring, so the learning translates into real business growth.

It was energising to see the ambition and experience in the room on Day 1. Looking forward to an impactful week of learning, collaboration and growth with our participants.

Gupta, Director, IIM Lucknow; Raghav Gupta, Head of Education, India and Asia Pacific, OpenAI; Dviwesh Mehta, Director, Asia Pacific, Harvard Publishing; and Dr. Amit Agnihotri, Convenor, Indian Management Conclave, at the 16th Indian Management Conclave 2026 at IIM Lucknow’s Noida Campus.

As a contributor to the IMC Compendium 2026, Management Education in the Age of AI, Dr. Chattopadhyay’s Foreword examines AI as a transformation of management education. He emphasises that AI should not simply be another technology incorporated into the MBA curriculum.

The Foreword highlights the importance of judgment, choice and ownership in the age of AI. It also advocates the transparent and responsible use of GenAI as a thinking partner that augments human thinking without replacing it.
