Some struggles are loud.
Others hide behind silence, distance, and an “I’m fine.”

But silence does not have to be where the story ends.

On World Su***de Prevention Day, the Centre for Counselling and Health Services (CCHS) presents a short film about emotional distress, seeking support, and slowly finding one’s way back to hope.

Healing may not begin with a grand moment. Sometimes, it begins with a phone call, an honest conversation, or reconnecting with something that once made life feel meaningful.

Notice the signs.
Listen without judgement.
Reach out and remind someone that they do not have to face everything alone.

If you are struggling, please speak to someone you trust or reach out to the university’s counsellors. Asking for help is an act of courage.💛

Content note: This film addresses themes of emotional distress and su***de prevention. Viewer discretion is advised.
