The National Voters' Day 2022 was celebrated at HPB Girls' College to encourage young voters to take active part in the festival of democracy. On the occasion a quiz event was organised by the Department of Political Science in which a large number of students participated. Mr. Sumit Sarma, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Political Science was the quiz master. He was assisted by Ms. Akashi Boruah and Porismita Bora of the Department. The prize distribution ceremony was attended by Dr. Deepa Phukan Baruah, Principal of the College along with a number of faculty members. Dr. Bulbuli Boruah, HoD, Dept. of Political Science thanked all the participants as asked them to actively come out and vote during elections.
