The GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies organized a meaningful and enriching Session on “Meditation for Stress Relief” under the aegis of the Meditation and Wellness Club.
The session was thoughtfully designed to promote mental well-being, emotional balance, and holistic wellness among students and educators. It provided participants with practical insights and experiential learning on managing stress and anxiety, enhancing emotional regulation, resolving conflicts, controlling impulsive responses, and developing greater resilience.
Through guided meditation, mindful yoga practices, and breathwork, participants were encouraged to cultivate a deeper awareness of their body, mind, and spirit. The session also highlighted the relevance of yoga and meditation as holistic approaches to stress management and mental well-being, particularly in the contemporary academic environment where students and educators often face multiple personal and professional pressures.

जीएनआईओटी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ प्रोफेशनल स्टडीज में हिन्दी दिवस के शुभ अवसर पर हिन्दी भाषा एवं साहित्य के प्रति सम्मान और गौरव की भावना को अभिव्यक्त करते हुए काव्यपाठ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि श्री दुर्गेश गुप्त ‘राज’, प्रसिद्ध कवि, लेखक एवं नाटककार तथा महासचिव, भारतीय भाषा प्रतिष्ठान, राष्ट्रीय परिषद, मुंबई का गरिमापूर्ण सानिध्य प्राप्त हुआ।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ संस्थान की माननीय निदेशकप्रो. (डॉ.) सविता मोहन द्वारा मुख्य अतिथि का हार्दिक स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन करते हुए किया गया। अपने संबोधन में निदेशक महोदया ने हिन्दी को देश की सबसे समर्थ, समृद्ध एवं प्रभावशाली भाषाओं में से एक बताते हुए कहा कि हिन्दी केवल संवाद का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि हमारी संस्कृति, संस्कार, भावनाओं और राष्ट्रीय एकता की सशक्त अभिव्यक्ति है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को हिन्दी के प्रति गर्व की भावना रखते हुए इसके अधिकाधिक प्रयोग एवं प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए प्रेरित किया।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि श्री दुर्गेश गुप्त ‘राज’ ने अपने प्रेरणादायी विचारों एवं काव्य प्रस्तुतियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को हिन्दी साहित्य की समृद्ध परंपरा से परिचित कराया। उनके काव्यपाठ ने कार्यक्रम में साहित्यिक एवं भावनात्मक वातावरण को और अधिक जीवंत बना दिया।

As part of the student engagement initiatives, Team Building Games were organised on for the first-year students of BCA, BBA, B.Sc. (CS), and B.Com. The event provided an exciting platform for students to develop teamwork, coordination, leadership, sportsmanship, and collaborative spirit through a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor activities.

The enthusiastic participation witnessed across Chess, Carrom, Badminton, Tug of War, Musical Chair, Balloon Caterpillar, Lemon Race, and Building Tower reflected the students’ energy, camaraderie, and competitive spirit.

The event was graced by Mr. Beni Kinha, Corporate Wellness Expert, Spiritual Coach, and Life Transformation Mentor, whose presence added immense value and inspiration to the occasion.
