Job Description: Business Development Manager, South Asia

Function: Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

· Sale of products, processes or services within the WGSN portfolio

· Achieve above average growth targets

· Develops and implements plans to achieve and exceed growth targets by thorough business planning and forecasting

· Actively promotes WGSN’s services and capabilities to build presence and credibility in the industry



Key Skills and Competencies:

· Ability to handle monthly sales targets and understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high level of proficiency working across teams to architect solutions to problems even when the offerings to address those problems do not currently exist

· Ability to guide and develop prospects in maximizing value of the WGSN portfolio



Experiences:

· PG Degree holder in any discipline

· 5-6 years of relevant experience

· Candidates from Retail/fashion communication background – those who are working as category managers/buyers /merchandisers in domestic market with a sales experience may apply

· Experience within a business insight, marketing intelligence or professional services organisation achieving consistent revenue generation through new business acquisitions

· Languages known: English( proficient in written and verbal), Local Language for respective locations( comfortable in spoken)

· Open to travel.
