Mr. Jyoti Kumar Chaudhary is a distinguished legal professional with nearly two decades of experience in dispute resolution and corporate law. His practice focuses on domestic and international commercial arbitration, insolvency and securitization, civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions.

He has also advised clients on antitrust, consumer, environmental, and intellectual property matters. An Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI and a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London certified professional, he has contributed to legal scholarship and regularly engages with contemporary developments in commercial and dispute-resolution law.

Lloyd Law College and Lloyd School of Law are pleased to present the Global Justice and International Law Conference, scheduled for Friday, 21 August and Saturday, 22 August 2026, featuring Ms. Iram Majid, Central Government Standing Counsel, Honorary Director, Lloyd Law College, Chairperson, LIMA, and Director, IIAM, APCAM, as a distinguished moderator.

Ms. Iram Majid is a distinguished legal professional with over 21 years of experience in arbitration and mediation. Throughout her career, she has worked across various continents and made significant contributions to the development and practice of dispute resolution. As an arbitrator, she has presided over numerous arbitration cases, while as a mediator, she has successfully handled more than 500 mediations.

She is the Standing Counsel for the Central Government in the Delhi High Court and the Director of the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation and as Honorary Director at Lloyd Law College. Her academic contributions are recognized by Manipal University Jaipur, where she was awarded the title of Professor of Practice.

Lloyd Law College and Lloyd School of Law are pleased to present the Global Justice and International Law Conference, scheduled for Friday, 21 August and Saturday, 22 August 2026, featuring Mr. Sahil Narang, Partner, Khaitan & Co., as a distinguished panellist.

Mr. Sahil Narang is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice at Khaitan & Co., Delhi NCR, and an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India. He has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, regulatory commissions, and arbitral institutions including SIAC, ICC and LCIA.

His practice covers corporate commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, sports and media, and company law, with experience in shareholder, infrastructure, energy, technology, entertainment and EV-sector disputes. He holds an LL.M. from NALSAR and an LL.B. and B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Panjab University.

Lloyd Law College and Lloyd School of Law are pleased to present the Global Justice and International Law Conference, scheduled for Friday, 21 August and Saturday, 22 August 2026, featuring Mr. Dinesh Pardasani, Partner, DSK Legal, as a distinguished panellist.

Mr. Dinesh Pardasani is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at DSK Legal, with over two decades of experience in corporate and commercial disputes and domestic and international arbitrations. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory commissions.

His practice encompasses institutional and ad hoc arbitrations involving construction, infrastructure, energy, railways, airports, water, waste management, oil and gas, and other commercial sectors. He also acts as an arbitrator and serves on the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) committee scrutinising awards.
