India has pledged a target of installing 175 GW of renewable energy of which 100 GW will be solar energy by 2022 and reduction in emission intensity by 33–35% by 2030 to let solar energy reach to the most unconnected villages and communities and also towards creating a clean planet.
RYAN NOIDA has taken the initiative to match up the role of school children in this kind of International initiative.

Environmental education in Ryan Noida is holistic in nature . This synopsis is a glimpse of the projects we maintain and the various activities we conduct to keep the green campaign on .
1. The school's vermincompost project yields about 25kg of compost per month - enough to cater to 500 plus saplings planted in the campus
2. The herbal garden has over 350 herbs of various varieties . The students are encouraged to maintain them and do the nomenclature
3&4 The fruit & vegetable garden gather maximum enthusiasm as kids are excited to maintain them and then enjoy the 'fruits' of their labour . A new harvest of brinjal or spinach gets them motivated to work harder.
5,6,7,8The solar park has a small windmill and we keep having small exhibitions showcasing innovative use of solar energy . A few examples are SPENT (descriptions)solar water heater etc .
9. Water treatment plant - it can treat about ....litres of water . The students get a clear idea about the design and structure of such a plant and it's working .
10. Regular environment quizzes keep the grey cells active and aprise kids of the latest in the field of environment conservation and new age technologies
11. We have adopted a village called Hoshiarpur. The students visit the village about once a month to generate awareness through activities like art , cleanliness drive , distribution of paper bags etc .
12. We have power point presentations and symposiums for primary wing as well . This helps to create awareness about various topics in a lucid way which encourages interest as well as effort towards environment.
13. Our school scouts and guides led the way in carrying forward our honourable PM's vision of Swacch Bharat . Separate classes have duties every week to aid the cleaning staff in maintenance of school premises .
14. We invite eminent environmentalists to address and guide the students . One such person we invited was Dr H P kaprawan who was in the Nobel Prize winning IPCC . His presence was inspiring and his knowledge expanded the horizon of the children .

These activities are now a part of Ryan Noida Eco- culture and we are committed to Mother Earth with every fibre of our being and every cell of our brain .

Whether powered by sail, kite or rotor, these vehicles share a common trait: As the vehicle increases in speed, the advancing airfoil encounters an increasing apparent wind at an angle of attack that is increasingly smaller. At the same time, such vehicles are subject to relatively low forward resistance, compared with traditional sailing craft. As a result, such vehicles are often capable of speeds exceeding that of the wind. A solar inverter’s main job is to convert DC power generated from the array into usable AC power. Hybrid inverters go a step further and work with batteries to store excess power as well. Vermicompost (or vermi-compost) is the product of the composting process using various species of worms, usually red wigglers, white worms, and other earthworms, to create a heterogeneous mixture of decomposing vegetable or food waste, bedding materials, and vermicast. Solar energy is the most abundant source of energy in the world. Solar power is not only an answer to today’s energy crisis but also an environmental friendly form of energy. Photo voltaic generation is an efficient approach for using the solar energy. Solar panels (an array of photo voltaic cells) are nowadays extensively used for running street lights, for powering water heaters and to meet domestic loads. The cost of solar panels has been constantly decreasing which encourage usage in various sectors.
One of the application of this technology is used in irrigation systems for farming. Solar powered irrigation system can be a suitable alternative for farmers in the present state of energy crisis in India. This a green way for energy production which provides
free energy once an initial investment is made.In this paper we propose an automatic irrigation system using solar power which
drives water pumps to pump water from bore well to a tank and the outlet valve of tank is automatically regulated using controller and moisture sensor to control the flow rate of water from the tank to the irrigation field which optimizes the use of water. To create awareness about solar sprinkler/ pump Green Tech team has taken initiative by making SOLAR SPRINKLER .This green project was appreciated by Respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Solar cell phone chargers use solar panels to charge cell phone batteries. They are an alternative to conventional electrical cell phone chargers. There are also public solar chargers for mobile phones which can be installed permanently in public places such as streets, park and squares.Green Tech Team has taken initiative to make solar mobile charger to create awareness about green energy in society.
