At Galgotias University, more than 50 academic and institutional leaders from Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the NCR came together for the Leadership Conclave on “From Policy to Practice: Implementing NCAHP Standards in Allied Health Education.” Chaired by Dr. Kamal Pant, Chairperson, Uttar Pradesh State Allied and Healthcare Council, the conclave focused on curriculum, assessment, infrastructure and institutional readiness.

The dialogue centred on building stronger competencies, clearer learning outcomes and greater professional preparedness for students, while advancing a more future-ready Allied Healthcare education ecosystem.

Research becomes meaningful when it advances knowledge, strengthens classrooms, and opens new possibilities for society.

During July 2026, Galgotias University faculty contributed research across engineering, artificial intelligence, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biosciences, healthcare, and computational methods. These studies were published in SCIE-indexed journals across Q1 and Q2 categories, addressing areas such as sustainable materials, machine learning, cardiovascular health, cancer research, biomedical applications, dengue therapeutics, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Such scholarship enriches the academic environment our students experience every day. It brings current global research into teaching, creates opportunities for interdisciplinary learning, and prepares students to engage with complex challenges through evidence, innovation, and responsible inquiry.

Innovation takes flight when learning extends beyond the classroom.

As part of the Summer Internship Program at the Galgotias Centre for Drone Intelligence & Simulation (GCDIS), students from diverse disciplines visited KD Aerospace Systems (formerly Karman Drones) to gain firsthand exposure to the rapidly evolving world of UAV technology and aerospace engineering.

Through interactions with industry leaders and immersive learning in aerodynamic design, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), structural analysis, and UAV development, students experienced how engineering concepts are translated into real-world innovation. Such academia-industry collaborations continue to prepare our learners for the future of advanced technology.
