On 2nd September 2026 in the Seminar Hall, GL Bajaj Institute of Management successfully organised an insightful Master Class on “Quality Research and Journal Publishing”, aimed at strengthening research awareness and developing a deeper understanding of the academic publishing journey.

The session was graced by our Eminent Speaker, Mr. Subodh Kesarwani, Professor & Chief Vigilance Officer, IGNOU, who shared valuable insights into the essentials of quality research, academic writing and effective journal publishing.

The Master Class offered participants practical perspectives on research methodology, quality research practices, journal selection, publication standards and academic writing, encouraging them to approach research with greater clarity, rigour and purpose.

The engaging session served as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, critical thinking and fostering a stronger research culture among the academic community.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management organised an enriching educational visit to Amrit Udyan, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, for the BBA & BCA 1st-year students giving them an opportunity to explore one of the capital’s most renowned garden spaces.

Set within the Rashtrapati Bhavan estate Amrit Udyan is celebrated for its beautifully landscaped gardens and remarkable variety of plants and flowers. The students explored the garden spaces, observed the diverse flora and experienced the tranquillity and aesthetic beauty of this iconic destination.

Beyond the beauty of the surroundings, the visit encouraged students to observe, explore and learn through direct experience. It also provided a refreshing platform for students to interact with their peers and create memorable moments outside the classroom.

Because learning becomes more meaningful when students step out, explore the world around them and experience knowledge beyond textbooks.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management organised a Case Study Workshop based on the prestigious Stanford Graduate School of Business case, “You Get the Leadership You Inspire: Humor at Google with Eric Schmidt.”

The workshop featured Case Learning Facilitator Ms. Anushri Mishra, Founder – Anubodh Foundation & Researcher, who guided students through an engaging exploration of leadership, organisational culture, communication and workplace dynamics.

Using the Google case centred around Eric Schmidt, students analysed how humour can be used as a strategic communication tool and how leadership behaviour can influence organisational culture and employee engagement.
The experiential session encouraged students to think beyond textbooks, analyse real-world business situations, question assumptions and develop critical decision-making skills.

A powerful case-based learning experience that demonstrated that great leadership is not simply about authority—it is about the culture, connection and inspiration a leader creates.

GL Bajaj Institute of Management organised a meaningful Mental Health Awareness Workshop on "FROM STRESS TO STRENGTH: CULTIVATING RESILIENCE, EMPATHY & MENTAL WELL-BEING FROM CAMPUS TO CAREER" in association with TalktoAngel, focusing on the importance of emotional well-being as students transition from campus to career.

The workshop featured Eminent Speaker Ms. Vandana Krishnan, Counselling Psychologist, and Ms. Ankita Sharma, Co-Founder, TalktoAngel.
Through the theme “From Stress to Strength: Cultivating Resilience, Empathy & Mental Well-Being from Campus to Career,” the session highlighted the importance of resilience, empathy, stress management, emotional awareness and healthy coping strategies.

The speakers encouraged students to understand that taking care of mental well-being is not a weakness, but an essential part of personal growth, academic success, healthy relationships and professional readiness.

The session, “Shaping Your Career and Leading in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” explored the rapidly changing relationship between Artificial Intelligence, careers, leadership and the future of work.

Students gained valuable insights into how AI is transforming organisational processes and career opportunities, while understanding why human intelligence, creativity, adaptability, communication and leadership will remain equally important in an AI-driven world.
With her experience in Global Talent Supply Chain and digital transformation, Ms. Shalu Manan offered students an industry-oriented perspective on becoming future-ready professionals and confident leaders.
