The Department of OB & HR and MDP Cell, GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR, in collaboration with MSME Technology Development Centre, PPDC, Agra, successfully organised the 5-Day Management Development Programme (MDP) on the theme "AI Interventions in the Field of HRM: Trends, Tools, and Ethical Considerations" from May 13-17, 2025 in Hybrid Mode.
On the final day of MDP, we were honored to welcome Dr. Shikha Bhardwaj, Faculty-HR & OB and Chair-MDP, IIM Sambalpur, who delivered a thought-provoking session on “Ethical, Legal, and Future Perspectives in AI-Driven HRM.” Her session was engaging and impactful, as she illustrated real-world case studies and applications of AI in HR, while highlighting the importance of ethical considerations.
As we concluded this transformative five day Management Development Programme, we walked away with a wealth of knowledge, fresh perspectives, and a deeper understanding of Artificial Intelligence, its strategic application in HR frameworks, and the ethical dimensions it entails.
