Meet Kajal Verma, GNM (Batch 2018–21), a proud Sharda alumna who has secured selections in 10 Government of Delhi opportunities across prestigious nursing examinations, earning multiple All India Ranks along the way.

Her journey reached a remarkable milestone as she joined as a Public Health Nursing Officer with the Government of Delhi.

Meet Priya, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Class of 2022 graduate from Sharda University, now working as an ICU Registered Nurse with LCMC Health in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A proud alumna of Sharda University, where she completed her B.Sc. Nursing (2015–2019), Yashkirti went on to pursue her Master of Hospital Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar (IIPHG).

Her professional journey began as a staff nurse and evolved into healthcare management, with valuable experience at HCG Cancer Centre, ORL International Hospital, and her current role as Manager – Patient Care at Kiran Hospital.

Her story reflects how a strong foundation in nursing, combined with dedication and continuous learning, can lead to impactful leadership roles in healthcare.

🌟 Celebrating an Alumnus Making a Difference in Public Health! 🩺✨

The Sharda School of Nursing Sciences proudly celebrates the achievements of our alumnus Pranav Kumar (B.Sc. Nursing, Batch 2016–20).

Pranav joined as a Community Health Officer in Sitamarhi, Bihar, in June 2021, and went on to become the first Nikshay Mitra of Sitamarhi District. His dedication to public health also earned him the opportunity to be selected for a virtual conversation with the Hon’ble President of India on the occasion of the launch of Nikshay 2.0.

Adding another milestone to his journey, Pranav's inspiring story was featured in an international magazine of Johns Hopkins University. 🌍

His journey reflects the impact that committed nursing professionals can create in their communities and beyond.
