NID Andhra Pradesh is an autonomous design institute under DPIIT, providing education in Industrial Design/Communication Design/Textile and Apparel Design.

The National Institute of Design, Vijayawada (NIDAP) is a design school in Vijayawada, India. The institute functions as an autonomous body under the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, government of India. It is currently running in transit campus at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Namburu, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Faculty and staff reaffirmed their dedication to integrity by taking the Integrity Pledge and participating in the Vigilance Quiz, designed to enhance awareness and responsible conduct.
The celebration inspired all to uphold honesty, accountability, and ethical governance.

🌿 Preventive Initiative – Medical Health Checkup & Blood Donation Camp 🩺💉

As part of our ongoing Swachhata activities, NID Andhra Pradesh organized a comprehensive Medical Health Checkup and Blood Donation Camp for our faculty, staff, housekeeping personnel, sanitation workers, and safai mitras.

The camp offered a range of health services including:
✅ General health checkups
✅ Blood pressure monitoring
✅ Blood tests
✅ Doctor consultations
✅ Blood donation

This initiative aimed to promote preventive healthcare, encourage healthy living, and build a stronger sense of community care on campus.

🌿 NID Andhra Pradesh proudly participated in the nationwide campaign “Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath: Nationwide Voluntary Shramdaan” under the Swachh Bharat Mission.

As part of this initiative, our faculty and staff came together for a one-hour cleanliness drive across the campus, focusing on cleaning neglected areas and creating a visibly cleaner, healthier environment. 🧹✨

The activity concluded with the Swachhata Pledge, reaffirming our collective commitment to cleanliness, sustainability, and a better tomorrow. 🌱

Through this effort, NID AP contributed to the national movement “Swachhata Hi Seva”, strengthening the spirit of social responsibility and community participation. 🙌
