The week-long celebration featured a variety of academic, cultural, and sports activities including quiz competitions, rangoli, indoor games, cultural performances, and exciting cricket finals, encouraging teamwork, creativity, leadership, and professional development among students.

The significance of International Nurses Day and the 2026 theme was highlighted during the celebration, emphasizing the vital role nurses play in strengthening healthcare services and society.

The program inspired students to uphold the values of compassion, dedication, care, and professionalism in their nursing journey.

The celebration became even more vibrant with energetic cultural performances and enthusiastic participation from students throughout the week.

The School of Nursing successfully organized a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Program on Sensitisation on Midwifery on 27th April 2026 at the Mechanical Auditorium. The session aimed at enhancing awareness and professional competency in maternal and newborn care among students and faculty members.

The program was graced by Mrs. Sanjukta Sabata, M.Sc (N), RMC Trainer, who delivered an insightful session on respectful and woman-centered maternity care during pregnancy, labor, and the postnatal period.

Key highlights of the session included:
