A new academic journey begins with new aspirations, friendships, experiences, and endless opportunities to learn, grow, and discover oneself. 💙

Day 1 at SGT Global Business School (SGBS) & School of Commerce & Management (SOCM), SGT University, welcomed students from BBA, IMBA, B.Com (H), B.Com ACCA, and MBA programmes with an energetic and inspiring start. 📚✨

🎯 The day’s highlight was the inspiring interaction with the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, who encouraged students to embrace a “Do It Yourself” approach — be curious, take initiative, ask questions, learn beyond the classroom, and build your own path.

Empowering Future Entrepreneurs Through Prototype Validation at SGT University
Innovation begins with a great idea—but success comes from validating it.
The School of Commerce & Management (SOCM), SGT University, in collaboration with the School of Design (SOD), Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), and Finance Forum–SOCM, successfully organized an engaging Workshop on "Prototype Validation" on 4 August 2026.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Piyush Kumar Singh—Entrepreneur, Educationist, Corporate Trainer, and Startup Business Transformation Consultant—as the distinguished resource person. Through an insightful and interactive session, he shared practical strategies on validating business ideas, understanding customer needs, testing prototypes, minimizing market risks, and transforming innovative concepts into scalable, market-ready ventures.

At SGT University, we remain committed to nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset by providing experiential learning opportunities that bridge academic knowledge with real-world innovation and industry practices.
