In a groundbreaking session, SGT University's Radio-diagnosis Department welcomed Dr. Mandeep Kang to illuminate the complex world of biliary interventions. The event drew participants eager to understand the nuanced techniques of modern interventional radiology.

Dr. Kang, a gold medalist from the Indian College of Radiology, shared his expertise on clinical indications and procedural approaches. The Guest Speaker 𝐃𝐫.𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐯𝐚 ,𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬,𝐑𝐈𝐎,𝐏𝐆𝐈𝐌𝐒,𝐑𝐨𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐤 has a rich teaching and clinical experience. He is Glaucoma Specialist and Cataract Surgeon of international repute. He has many publications in national and international Journals. She has many Presentations at national & international forums, as invited Guest Faculty.

The workshop began with a lecture on the various aspects of the topic followed by Hands on Demonstration of all important and essential steps of OCT: evaluation and interpretation of glaucoma and non-glaucomatous optic disc conditions.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐅𝐌𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 conducted a Workshop on 𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐎 in the Hospital Committee room 1st Floor on 07th April, 2022.

The agenda of the workshop was to create awareness about the new guidelines about ECHO among young doctors & healthcare workers. Renowned speaker 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥, MD (Pediatrics), FNB (Pediatric Cardiology) Head of the Department Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, Haryana, India, delivered lectures on various subtopics related to ECHO.

Organizing Chairperson, Dr. Pankaj Abrol, Professor & Head, Department of Pediatrics invited all the faculty members and PG students from Pediatrics and General Medicine departments of SGT Medical College to ensure maximum participation of related medical staff & dissemination of the knowledge amongst them. Some local pediatricians of Gurugram were also invited.

Our eminent speaker 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥, MD (Pediatrics), FNB (Pediatric Cardiology) Head of the Department Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, enlightened the audience with her interesting and informative session.

All the aspects of the Program were covered ardently & enthusiastically.

This Workshop was a successful event with maximum participation from all the registered delegates.
