Our BACA students have arrived at ร‰๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉรฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐๐ž ๐รข๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž, ๐˜๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ž๐š๐ฎ๐ฑ, and somehow, in 7 days, they are already making this look like home.

This time, he came back to lead them.

Now a Demi Chef de Partie at Adour, ร‰cole Ducasse Paris Campus, Schuyler returned to ร‰cole Ducasse India for two days of classic French technique, from ล’ufs Cocotte and Gnocchi Parisienne to Gougรจres au Comtรฉ and Suprรชme de Volaille, Sauce Chasseur.

The student left for Paris.
The chef came back to teach.
