We try to revitalize the spirit of patriotism which has received a set back in recent times by inspiring the students to follow the great legacy of our rich cultural heritage. We do not believe in shortcuts to success and our career path over the last 6 years stands a witness to this fact. We began our educational journey with the establishment of a school in 2000 with the introduction of nursery class only. During this journey, we continually experimented with educational practices. The inferences drawn from such experiments have widened our exposure in the field of education, leading to the emergence of BM College of Technology & Management as a premier educational institute. Prior to this establishment, the western educational systems were comprehensively studied and thoroughly analyzed. Emphasis is laid to correlate theory with practice. For this, industrial visits and live interaction with successful entrepreneurs and senior executives are arranged on regular basis. In addition, teaching methodology has been upgraded by making use of latest technologies like digital smart boards in class rooms and Power Point Presentations. Realizing the responsibility concomitant with being a premier educational institute, research activities have been initiated, laying stress on creativity and innovation. To promote this end, 'Department of Research and Development ' has been instituted. Education is all about nurturing your thoughts and actions in such a way that you are the fittest to survive in this era of cut throat competition. To achieve on these aims, Department of Training & Placement has been established to promote in-plant training for producing great young Managers, Technocrats and Entrepreneurs . In order to guide the students about career options and to counsel them Department of Career Guidance & Counseling also has been established in the institute. Further, high cost of education has put an enormous burden on the students as well as their parents. Moreover, the deteriorating Indian work culture is turning this problem into a crisis. To overcome this crisis, we try to alleviate this pressure by providing part-time on-campus employment to students during the course of their studies, as practiced in western educational systems
