This is to inform you that we will be having Guftagu Jamshedpur on 11th of May, 2019 (Saturday) instead of 10th of May, 2019 (Friday). This has been done looking at the schedule and availability of most of the alums in Jamshedpur. The details of the event are mentioned below. Another year has come to a close and as we head into 2019, there are a number of new activities and initiatives planned at MDI Gurgaon, many of them in large part due to support of our Alumni.

With the dawn of a heartful night, it gives us immense pleasure to announce the successful conduct of NAM 2018. Time sure does fly away! But it stood still on the night of 17th Nov when MDI welcomed its own back to Campus. The smiles, the laughter and the corporate banter made it a night to cherish for all of us. We are greatly thankful to our ever strengthening ManDevIan family for helping us making NAM bigger and better.

We were delighted to host our alum Mr. Ravi Sondhi, Project Control Manager, Mace for a guest lecture on the subject of Project Management led by our faculty Dr. Amit Kumar Gupta. His insights on Project Selection Method, Project Scheduling and Simulation were very valuable.

We were delighted to host our alum Mr. Kanishk Gaur, Senior Manager, Deloitte India and Chevening Fellow for a guest lecture on the subject of Internet of Things (IoT) led by our faculty Anjali Kaushik. His insights on the new opportunities IoT offers to efficiently deliver and manage Smart city services were very valuable.

How long has it been since you have seen the red bricked buildings of the place you can always call a home? How long has it been since you saw the faces of those who had been your family in MDI?



That place and those faces now beckon you. They call out with the tenor of the laughter you shared with your friends in the green gardens and high hallways of Gurukula, Lakshya and the rest. Come back, satiate them once more with your presence amongst them. Give them a chance to see you again through eyes most loving, albeit more weathered than you last saw them, with a gaze so piercing that it reaches your soul to feel and find warmth in the memories of those years that still live there in a special place.
