We are proud to announce our partnership with Beyond Next Ventures India, one of Japan’s leading deeptech venture capital funds.

This partnership brings a fully structured pre-incubation engine to the IILM Innovation Lab, where IILM students and faculty will turn their ideas into business models, early prototypes, and real start-ups:

- A Venture Building elective, bringing hands-on company creation into the classroom.

- VC mentorship — not guest lectures, but the actual playbooks, networks, and investment thinking that help researchers and early-stage founders build companies.

- A Japan–India innovation corridor, with Japanese university partners, for deeptech innovation and immersion.

India’s next deep-tech breakthroughs will come from universities — if we build the right environment for them.

Education that steps outside the classroom and into the community is the kind that stays with a student long after the degree is done.

IILM University, Gurugram, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with , a leading non-profit working towards dignified, healthy, and active aging across India, opening pathways for students to engage in eldercare, mental health, community well-being, intergenerational learning, and public health outreach through internships, live community projects, joint research, and collaborative social impact initiatives.

Bangkok just got closer for hospitality students at IILM University.

John Lohr, Executive Director for External Affairs at , Thailand’s first and largest hospitality institute, visited IILM University to announce the Destination Bangkok Experience, a programme that gives IILM students skills-based training in guest service or culinary arts in Bangkok, followed by a guaranteed paid internship at Dusit International hotels and five-star properties across Bangkok.

This is not a future ambition. It is a programme being built right now for IILM students.
