So grateful to Prof. Síle Nic Chormaic for delivering such a beautiful and informative talk today from 3500+ km away and sharing the interdisciplinary prospects and the applications of ultrathin optical fibres through a wonderful presentation. We are sure that the wide range of research prospects and applications mentioned will motivate our attendees, even more, to pursue research and implement their ideas in the field of optics.

It is so fascinating to see some pictures from even India and also to see her research group, an example of unity in diversity.

Here are some memories from the talk. Please visit https://youtu.be/a5jwenrbKnk if you have missed the talk by any chance!

Thanking you all!
