ALUMNI LECTURE SERIES 2.0 | FROM HIT TO GLOBAL GIANTS!
An inspiring day of experiences, insights, and meaningful connections as distinguished alumni returned to their alma mater, Haldia Institute of Technology, for Alumni Lecture Series 2.0, organised by the HIT Alumni Association on 21st September 2026 at the Alumni Seminar Hall, SASH Department. The event brought together accomplished professionals and aspiring students for an enriching session of learning, interaction, and inspiration.

Our esteemed alumni shared their journeys from college life to the global corporate world, offering valuable insights into career development, industry expectations, emerging opportunities, professional challenges, and continuous learning. Students from CSE, Data Science, and IT actively engaged with the speakers through meaningful discussions and questions, gaining first-hand perspectives on corporate life, industry practices, and technological advancements. Adding a special touch, the alumni were also interviewed by student volunteers of the HIT Alumni Association, reflecting on their college days, pivotal career moments, challenges, and advice for aspiring professionals.
The session celebrated not only the achievements of our alumni but also the enduring bond between HIT and its graduates, reminding aspiring HITians that success is built on curiosity, dedication, adaptability, perseverance, and a willingness to keep learning. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished alumni for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and inspiration, and to the student volunteers and everyone who contributed to making the event memorable.
