Patient reported to our department with vertically fractured tooth which was previously endodontically treated....
We planned for extraction followed by immediate implant placement in relation to 36...decapitation followed sectioning of the tooth was done...after removing one section of the tooth pilot drill was placed at the centre of the inter-radicular bone...it has been followed by removal of the remaining section of the tooth....
Adin implant (4.2x10) mm was placed in 36...
Bio-Oss bone graft was placed in the socket surrounding the implant... customised healing abutment was placed followed by suturing with Vicryl 3-0 absorbable suture.

Patient reported to our department with missing teeth in relation to 11 and 21...which got avulsed a year ago due to RTA...Adin implants of dimensions 3 x 10mm and 3x 11.5mm were placed in relation to 11 and 21respectively.Satisfactory parallelism was achieved.Approximation was done using Vicryl 3-0 absorbable suture.Pressure pack was given.

A female patient reported to our department with missing 12 11 and 21 22. 13 and 23 were endodontically treated. Socket shield therapy was done in respect to 13 and Implant ADIN (3 x 10mm) and (3.75 x 11.5mm) were placed in respect to 11 and 13 respectively. Osseograft was packed palatally irt 13 upon implant placement and customized healing abutment was placed irt 13. Vicryl 3.0 sutures were given. Pressure pack given.

A case of implant placement in deficient bone by taking ramal autograft from impacted 3rd molar region.
Steps-
1. extraction done of 38
2. ramal autograft taken from that region
3. implant placement done on 25 region
4. bone bed prepared
5. autograft placed by bone screw

6 months follow up done..
Implant prosthesis placed
Phtotographs and radiographs are coming soon...

Patient reported to our department with missing 34 which was extracted approximately a year ago... Adin implant of dimensions 3.5 × 13 mm was placed in the edentulous region followed by placement of cover screw.Suturing with vicryl 3-0 suture was done followed by application of pressure pack in that region.
Patient was recalled after 2 months for second stage surgery where the cover screw was removed and replaced by healing abutment.
Then after 3 weeks patient was recalled again for closed tray impression recording in relation to 34.
Ultimately PFM crown was placed over the implant and satisfactory occlusion has been achieved.

A 48years old patient came to our department with missing 26. We decided to go for implant placement.
We had done an OPG and found that..the height of the bone from crest to sinus floor was 15mm. And from study model the width was found to be 9.5mm.
ADIN implant (5D 10L) was placed.

A 48 year old male patient reported to our department with a history of missing posterior tooth in relation to 16. After doing necessary radiographs it was seen that the residual ridge height was not sufficient. So, implant placement was done using crestal approach technique of maxillary sinus lift. The sinus lift procedure was carried out using osseodensification burs, osteotomes and hydraulic sinus lift procedure. Dentium implant( 5mm x 10mm) was placed in 16 region. Suture was placed. It was guided by our respected sir Dr. Arindam Karmakar and assisted by Dr. Srijoni Mondal, Dr. Anumita Manna, Dr. Sudipta Garain, Dr. Shrutokirti Banerjee and Dr. Dipali Pandey.

A 17 year old male patient reported to our department with a history of road traffic accident and missing anterior teeth in relation to 11, 21, 22, 23.
After doing necessary radiographs it was seen that the ridge width was not sufficient
Implant placement with ridge split technique and bone graft with collagen membrane was chosen as treatment of choice. Followed by implant supported fixed prosthesis.
2(3.1mm*11mm) and 1(3.1mm*9mm) DENTIUM implant placed in 11, 22, 23 region followed by bovine bone graft and collagen membrane.
Suture was done in a water tight manner.
Follow up has been done after 7days and 15 days
It was guided by our respected sir Dr. Arindam Karmakar and assisted by Dr. Anumita Manna, Dr. Srijoni Mondal, Dr. Sudipta Garain, Dr. Shrutokirti Banerjee and Dr. Dipali Pandey
