~Celebration of the 135th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar at CSN PG College, Hardoi~

CSN PG College, Hardoi, solemnly observed the 135th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution and a stalwart of social justice. On this occasion the college professors and staff offered flowers and celebrated the Great Man.

On this occasion, a commemorative march was organized by the NSS students under the leadership of Amit Kumar, aimed at spreading awareness about Dr. Ambedkar’s invaluable contributions to the nation and his enduring message of equality, liberty, and fraternity.

The program served as a reminder of our collective responsibility to uphold the constitutional values he so passionately advocated.

**A Moment of Pride for CSN College**

We are deeply honoured to be recognized by *Radio Jago 90.4 FM* for the honouring our college on the occasion of its **second anniversary**.

This recognition stands as a reflection of the vision, creativity, and commitment demonstrated by our students and mentors in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Chief guests for the event were The chairman of Uttar Pradesh legislative Council, Kunwar Manvendra Singh ji who also happens to be the alumni of CSN PG College. Along with Minister of Higher Education Rajni Tewari Ji, and Jai Prakash Ji, Sansad from Hardoi. Manvendra Pratap Singh Rano MLA from Savayajpur, District Magistrate and SP, were also present for the event as a guest. From the district of Hardoi, all the eminent personalities in the fields of art, culture and literature were also present to grace the event.

Radio Jaago 90.4FM celebrated and honoured various hard-working personalities who contributed in the field of development in the district of Hardoi. And in the field of education, it was CSN PG College Hardoi, that was recognised on the platform for the betterment and the innovation of skills.

The pride of CSN Kunwar Manvendra Singh ji honoured our Principal Kaushalendra Kumar Singh for his contribution in the field of education in the district of her.

Today at CSN PG College, we welcomed our chief guest Mr. Sajeev Agarwal who is a Renowned Entrepreneur from Hardoi, Owner of Concept Cars & NEXA Showroom and Multiple businesses.

Our Principal Prof. Kaushlendra Kumar Singh welcomed the guest, sharing the importance of business in today’s India.

Our speaker for the day shared his journey of entrepreneurship where he told us how he started by selling a single bulb, now owns multiple car showrooms including Maruti Suzuki. He told the students about the challenges & success in his 52-year entrepreneurial journey, emphasizing the ups and downs he faced.

Key Advice for Students:

- Embrace failure; it is the stepping stone to success.
- Three essential qualities for success: Determination, Character, and Intent.
- Entrepreneurs should aim to be job providers rather than job seekers.
-Take risks early in life for long-term success.

He offered to support the students by offering them internship at his company and encourage them to visit and learn from his business. He announced a donation of ₹1,00,000 to help set up a computer lab. Students Madhur, Akash, Vishwas, Vikas, Pratishthit, and Priyanshu asked insightful questions.

Mr. Agarwal responded with valuable experiences and guidance.

सीएसएन कॉलेज की राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना इकाई का शिविर सोमवार को समाप्त हो गया। समापन अवसर पर स्वयं सेवकों में नुक्कड़ नाटक के जरिए बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ का संदेश दिया।

सात दिवसीय शिविर के समापन अवसर पर नशे की लत से होने वाले नुकसानों को बताते नाटक का भी मंचन किया गया। पढ़ाई-लिखाई का महत्व समझाने के लिए अनपढ़ बहुरिया नाटक का भी मंचन किया गया। प्रशिक्षण में अग्निशमन इकाई ने आग को फैलने से बचाने के तरीके समझाए गए। छात्र-छात्राओं ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किए। महाविद्यालय की प्रोफेसर डॉ. पुष्पारानी गंगवार, डॉ. साधना
शुक्ला, डॉ. अमित कुमार, डॉ. राकेश सिंह आदि भी समापन अवसर पर मौजूद रहे। अनमोल शुक्ला, कृष्णादेवी, खुशबू,

*राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना : शिविर का तीसरा दिन गौरैया दिवस के नाम*

केन सोसायटीज नेहरू पीजी कॉलेज की राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना इकाई के सात दिवसीय विशेष शिविर के तीसरे दिन का शुभारंभ जूनियर विद्यालय चांद बेहटा में लक्ष्य गीत से हुआ। स्वयंसेवकों ने प्रथम सत्र में विद्यालय प्रांगण में श्रमदान किया और अंतरराष्ट्रीय गौरैया दिवस पर घरेलू चिड़िया के संरक्षण की शपथ ली। स्वयंसेवकों ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्र का भ्रमण कर वन्य जीवों के महत्व पर चर्चा की और उनके संरक्षण की दिशा में घर-घर जाकर जागरूक किया। स्वयंसेवकों ने ग्रामीणों को बताया, गौरैया के लिए गर्मी में छतों पर मिट्टी के बर्तनों में पानी रखें और अनाज के दाने डालें। बताया, पशु-पक्षी प्रकृति संतुलन में सहायक हैं। बौद्धिक सत्र में भूगोल विभाग के डॉ. अजय कुमार शुक्ला ने सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट पर व्याख्यान दिया। बताया, ठोस अपशिष्ट नगरों की विकराल होता समस्या है। बताया, ठोस अपशिष्ट तीन प्रकार के होते हैं।

शिविर में महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य प्रोफेसर कौशलेंद्र कुमार सिंह, डॉ. पुष्पा रानी गंगवार, डॉ. दीपक राय, डॉ. सचिन सिंह, डॉ. अमित कुमार, डॉ, राकेश सिंह, डॉ. साधना शुक्ला, डॉ. विनयशील, शैवाल कनौजिया, डॉ. सरिता वर्मा और डॉ. राम उग्र आदि शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। शिविर में स्वयंसेवकों अनमोल शुक्ला, नीरज तिवारी, नीरज कुमार, आसिफ अली, अजितेंद्र यादव, शाइस्ता बानो, श्रुति तिवारी, वैष्णवी शुक्ला ने गीत और गजल प्रस्तुत की।
