On 18th May 2026, Monday, our HS Topper of 2026 was honoured and congratulated at the All Assam State Level Special Felicitation Programme held at the Pragjyoti ITA Cultural Centre, organized by the All Assam Students' Union. This prestigious recognition was conferred upon students who secured outstanding results in the HS Examination 2026.

Ms. Al Nurim Afzia, who secured an excellent 96.00%, received this special honour and brought immense pride to our institution and fraternity.

Ms. Rabiya Begum, Principal of Maryam Ajmal Senior Secondary School of Arts, was also felicitated by Dr. Samujjal Kumar Bhattacharya during the programme.

Fahima Anjum Siddique secured an impressive 92% in the HS Final Examination 2026. What makes this achievement even more inspiring is that her mother, at the age of 48, appeared for the same examination for the very first time—under her daughter’s guidance—and successfully secured a second division.

*HS Final Examination 2026*

Maryam Ajmal Senior Secondary School of Arts, Hojai has secured a tremendous result in the HS Final Examination 2026, achieving a remarkable 100% pass percentage. Out of 150 students appeared, all 150 students passed successfully, bringing great pride to the institution.

The results reflect academic excellence with 62 Distinctions, 59 Star marks, and 139 students securing First Division.

The school topper *Al Nurim Afzia secured 96%, emerging as the topper of the school as well as the district topper.* Other outstanding performers include Shabana Yeasmin Laskar (93.8%), Sumaiya Mehbub (92.2%), Thresha Taropi (92.2%), Nafisha Anjum (92%), and Fahima Anjum Siddique (92%).
A total of 16 students scored between 90%–96%, highlighting the overall excellent performance of the batch.

In subject-wise performance, the school achieved impressive letter marks: English (115/150), Alternative English (89/94), Assamese (35/52), History (31/51), Education (61/105), Political Science (71/150), Sociology (85/149), and Economics (37/120).

The highest marks in different subjects are: English – 97, Alternative English – 94, Assamese – 93, Political Science – 97, Sociology – 91, Economics – 97, Education – 94, and History – 98.
The institution recorded a total of 524 letter marks, showcasing its strong academic standard.
