Department of Commerce, SNGGPG College, Bhopal has organized an industrial Visit to one of the india's largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers Vardhman Fabrics, Budhni (a unit of VARDHMAN TEXTILES LTD.) on 28th December, 2022.
The Industrial visit was witnessed by total 43 students of M. Com Third Semester, who were accompanied by 8 Faculty members including Dr. Surinder Kaur Batra (Head of the Department) and Dr. Ashok Nema (Administrative Officer).
In the First Session, we visited the Human Resource Department of the company, where the students interacted with company's HR Head, Mr. Vinod Chourey and HR manager Mr. Lalit Dubey.
This session was very interesting as it gave us a brief introduction about the Company.
In the next session, we visited the PROCESSING SECTION of the unit where the weaved fabric is processed. We saw the various processes through which fabric passes.
Students learned about the practical aspects of processing and working of textile company and gained a lot of knowledge & experience as of how the manufacturing industry works.
