ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಪರಂಪರೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನೆಲ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ. ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಕರುನಾಡು, ಕಲೆ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ತವರೂರು. ಈ ಕನ್ನಡ ರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೆ.ಎಲ್‌.ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಪರಂಪರೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಹರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಮಹಾನ್ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸುವ ಏಕತೆ, ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸೋಣ. ಗಂಧದ ಗುಡಿಯ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೂಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಬೆಳೆಸೋಣ.
