Mahindra Pride Schools work to mainstream socially and economically backward youth (mainly from SCs and STs) by providing skill development training in high growth service sector jobs so that they could get meaningful career oriented placements in reputed organizations. In Hyderabad the first batch commenced on 19th May 2014 and close to 30 batches were trained and placed successfully so far. Our

process cycle starts with Students procurement that includes sourcing, counseling and then pre-assessment and an interview for enrollment, which is followed by Training and Placement. The placements were offered based on their skill sets and strengths. Gone are those days where we looked for sourcing of students and bringing in awareness of bridging the gap between education and employability. The latest trend of the students says that they felt that the 90 days training although is very little time however very helpful in giving their life a new meaning as a RISING STAR IN A NEW HORIZON. These students who have been benefited by Mahindra Pride have referred students in leaps and bounds.
