Computer Engineers technical Association - CETA

Computer Engineers technical Association - CETA CETA is a student body of CSE Department, organizes co-curricular and extra- curricular activities f What is CETA?

Background:
The field of Computer Science and Engineering has been pushing the envelope of almost all other disciplines, which use computing as a fundamental means of inquiry and tool for discovery. Computer science and engineering offers exciting, intellectually challenging, and rapidly growing career opportunities. It is the heart of where the action is: whether this means intelligent game playi

ng, mobile applications, smart robots, cloud computing, data security, social networks, or bioinformatics. Computer Engineers Technical Association (CETA), is a student body of CSE Department, that organizes co-curricular and extra- curricular activities for the all-round development of students. Student Chapters of IEEE, ACM, CSI and ISTE conduct events round the year, keeping students busy with beyond-the-classroom activities. CETA Do’s and Don’ts:

PLEASE DO:
- Post comments and contribute to discussions as much as you want
- Respect that other people have different points of view, knowledge of natural history and things that inspire them about the natural world. One person’s pet hate is another’s passion
- Give feedback to us about the things we post, the things you want to see more of and the things you have seen enough of
- Flag up content that you don’t like and most importantly Like, Share and send on the things that you do
- Remember that Facebook provides individual privacy settings which are for your safety/peace of mind. Please be sure to use them
- Remember that we want this to be a place for all the students. PLEASE DON'T:
Post comments about
- race, color, ethnicity, nationality or physical characteristics
- gender or sexual orientation
- religion or non-religious viewpoints
- political opinion
- socio-economic status
- age
- physical, mental or intellectual disability/impairment
- the ways people express themselves
- Post comments of an adult nature (especially pornography or graphic violence) or comments that include any form of swear word or words that you think other visitors might construe as being swear words
- Ask for advice on how to best keep domestic animals. There are plenty of other sites on the web, that are more expert on this topic
- Defame, harass or flame,
- Impersonate another person
- Discuss how to commit an illegal activity
- Post personal details such as full names, postal addresses about anyone including yourself
- Advertise commercial products or services – or openly accuse others of the same. We don’t mind if you include links to your own websites or blogs in your profiles. But commercial solicitation, or contributions solely designed to plug your traffic, aren’t acceptable
- Be - or - feed a Troll. Ignoring a Troll is the best way to get rid of them.
