Retail On drive is going to Happen again for 2014 and 15 passed outs on Monday i.e; 19/05/2014 don't miss this opportunity!!!!!!!!!
Selection Process:
Round 1: 60 minutes - Online objective test - RetailOn has effective Online test, which we would like to use as evaluation method for first round. We purpose to gather more than 3 colleges to single location and conduct online test. Monster and/or RetailOn interview panel is optional for this round.

Round 2 " 60 Minutes - Programming Round - Currently we are taking Pen and paper test in this round. This pen and paper test is subject to change and can be moved to online programming round. In current system, We will call all selected applicant from first round to nearest city fir test and interview.

Round 3: 30 to 60 Minutes - Technical face to face interview - RetailOn interview Team will visit respective city and meet with selected applicant in person
Round 4: 30 to 60 minutes - Our HR team will understand soft skill of selected applicant.
Round 5: 30 to 60 minutes - Talk to CEO - Selected applicant will talk to CEO to understand company vision and why they should join RetailOn Boot camp program.

A meeting held by Principal Sir and Placement Officer regarding the summer training program and the mini projects for the third year students of MRCEW.

A program on aptitude,communication skills,and technical skills will be initiated this summer, which will help the students to be placed.

Note: All the placement registration forms must be submitted by tomorrow i.e., 10/4/2014.
