KNOW YOUR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORM

ICCR, Hyderabad has informed that an Inspection team from ICCR Headquarters is arriving at the Regional Office, Hyderabad for verifying the physical presence/records of the International students studying in the region of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State from 1st to 4th December 2020.

In this connection, all the ICCR Scholars of Osmania University are requested to kindly fill the ‘KNOW YOUR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORM’ attached herewith and submit the filled-in form with the copy of the Passport, stamped pages of Visa and Bank Statement (from March 2020 till date) on or before November 24, 2020 (3.00 p.m.). They are required to keep the original form and the documents ready for physical verification from 1st to 4th December 2020.

All the ICCR scholars of Osmania University, are also requested to sign on the attendance sheet for obtaining scholarship for December 2020, on 23rd and 24th November 2020 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), only upon submission of the ‘KNOW YOUR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORM’ and related documents mentioned above and due verification of their EX-INDIA STATUS from July 2019 to November 2020 in the Passport and stamped papers of the Visa.

English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC), Osmania University is offering a 60-hour Proficiency Course in English for Indian and foreign students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The course will cover vocabulary, grammar, listening and speaking skills, and reading and writing skills. Classes from - 2-4 pm (Monday to Friday) will be held in the Department of English, Arts College, Osmania University. This is Director, UFRO, Osmania University would like to inform you that Global R&D SUMMIT : partnering Continent Africa is scheduled on Feb, 21-22, 2019 in Hyderabad. Minister of S&T, Ethiopia, Minister of Higher Education, Zambia, Minister of Higher Education and CEO, Tsiko Africa Technologies, South Africa are going to participate in the summit along with others. TSCHE requested the UFRO to send students from these countries and a few from other African countries to the summit.

Hence, I request the foreign students from Ethiopia, Namibia, Zambia and other African Countries who are on rolls of Osmania University to come to the office of UFRO, OU around 4.45pm on 20 Feb, 2019 (without fail) to have a meeting for a few minutes between you and UFRO about the summit.
